Our experience enables us to apply the tested and proved procedures and methods we have developed in an effective and capable manner throughout any contract we undertake ensuring responsive, timely and accurate support for our clients' software systems and applications.

We are able to offer software systems support for a wide variety of systems operating on a mixture of platforms and we can provide this support on a contract basis that matches the nature of the business system being considered.  

A non-time critical system could be covered by a contract providing support on a per incident basis with an obligation on us to respond within an agreed timeframe. 

A three or six month contract could provide tactical cover during a recruitment exercise while a key member of staff was being replaced or during a period of excess workload within your operation. 

Annual contracts provide cover for systems that might include components that lie outside a client's internal skill set, which have been built using bought-in resources or technologies which are no longer strategic or relevant to their departmental development plans or which are potential “twilight” systems with a foreseeable obsolescence and which, therefore, do not justify investment in training and skills acquisition by in-house staff.
