We are pleased to announce the latest addition to our integrated range of powerful software products designed to facilitate time and attendance data recording - PopUp^PLUS.

PopUp^PLUS is quickly and simply installed on your workstation and ready immediately - with a single mouse click - to record your DATATIME time transactions and provide instant access to the details of your activities. Its richly featured functionality offers lightning fast Case/job Searching together with Activity Pause & Resume, Interrupt and full editing facilities and a convenient means to record Case/job Notes.

PopUpPLUS provides complete on-screen access to the DATATIME system enabling users to record and manage their time records at their workstation as they work through their daily tasks. Time records made using PopUpPLUS are swept up into the DATATIME system for review and confirmation by the DATATIME System Administrator prior to updating onto the DATATIME databases.

PopUpPLUSwill be particularly attractive to people who spend the greater part of their working day at their PC or workstation or who want to use their PC to manage their time and attendance records. Staff using DATATIME for time recording and STAFTIME for attendance monitoring are prompted to log on to STAFTIME by simply clicking a button on a small popup window which appears automatically whenever they start up their PC or they begin using PopUpPLUS without first "clocking in".

Used in combination with STAFTIME - our comprehensive, flexible attendance recording system - PopUpPLUS offers fully automated attendance recording together with full access to your holiday, training and other records. In its STAFTIME role PopUpPLUSoffers multiple configuration options enabling the user to tailor the system to suit their own particular way of working. Staff using STAFTIME for attendance monitoring are prompted to log on to STAFTIME by simply clicking a button on a small popup window which appears automatically whenever they start up their PC or they begin using it during a "core time" period without first "clocking in".

 

 PopUp^PLUS does not rely on barcodes and will prove invaluable to those users who work mostly from their PC or workstation and who are looking to reduce their need to refer to paper files, manual diary and address book etc.

 

PopUp^PLUS is designed to be used in conjunction with the other data capture methods supported by our software products (PopUp^PDA, PopUp^SDIO, C-Pens and manual timesheets) providing professional staff with easy to use and flexible time recording and attendance monitoring solutions.
